Do you accept insurance?

Uncover Counseling is a cash-pay practice. Whereas other providers offer superbills, we submit out-of-network claims on behalf of our clients. That means if you have out-of-network benefits, you'll receive reimbursement through your provider without needing to reach out to them.

Can I use Medicaid or Medicare?

No. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded plans.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes. Online therapy is a highly effective and flexible way to receive mental health support, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

However, our ultimate goal is to equip you with the necessary tools to enable you to live your best life without our continued support. While most clients experience symptom improvement after a few sessions, the length of therapy ultimately depends on the individual and their unique needs. Deeper work may take longer, but we will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that best supports your goals.
